Kolaczki

My siblings and I were so excited to order some Polish treats for our mother for Easter. We placed our order on April 4th, and when the items hadn't arrived as expected, I reached out to the company. Premier Polish Products replied saying they had an issue with their intake orders and offered either a full refund or a resend. I asked for the order to be sent as soon as possible. Since then, I have sent three follow-up emails and have heard nothing back. No response. No delivery. Nothing.

At this point I would strongly caution others against ordering from this company. Whether this is intentional or just a complete breakdown in customer service, the result is the same: money taken, no product, and no communication whatsoever. Save yourself the stress and spend your money elsewhere. If you are already in this situation, it is worth contacting your bank or credit card provider to dispute the charge.

Extremely disappointed. Ordered almost 2 weeks ago and still have not received our shipment. After multiple attempts, have been unsuccessful with getting anyone to respond.

The kolaczki were the best of my order. I suggest different packaging because the products don’t taste very fresh

Loved the kolaczki especially the raspberry, but they were a little dry.
